Highlight your urban-dining experience with one of our award-winning entrees, from Braised Beef Short Ribs to Lamb “Due Sensi”. Bricco is a collaboration between the Olewine School of Culinary Arts at Harrisburg Area Community College and Harrisburg Hotel Corporation, managing general partner of The Hilton Harrisburg.
