The Oracle
Miner
The Oracle is a Bordeaux-style blend inspired by the ancient Greek Oracle, the center of prophecy and wisdom. What was intriguing about the Oracle was that, while the prophet impaired knowledge and predicted the future, questions where always answered in the form of a riddle. This blend, like the Oracle itself, is an enigma. The fruit is sourced from Napa Valley’s renowned Stagecoach Vineyard, and the blend changes each year based on what the winemaker believes makes the best wine from what nature has given them.

The Fish Market's Winekeeper
While “The Winekeeper” was making a name in the service industry, The Original Fish Market was one of the first and only restaurants in the area to have a Winekeeper System. The Winekeeper keeps wines fresh as the moment they are uncorked for up to six weeks. The system protects all wines from “turning” by instantly replacing the oxygen in a freshly opened bottle with pure, odorless, tasteless nitrogen gas, thereby eliminating the oxidation process which is damaging to opened wine. Thru this system we are able to offer fifty-two wines by-the-glass.
