On an ordinary day at the Shear Madness hair salon, the regulars stop by for their weekly set and style, a little gossip or an old-fashioned shave. But when a scissor job gone bad leaves the upstairs landlady dead as a doornail, the crazy company of customers and stylists below find themselves locked in and fingered for murder.
Full of mischief and mayhem, constantly snappy and sassy and bursting with up-to-the-minute laughs, Shear Madness brings a wacky cast of characters to life before your eyes The outcome is different at every show because the audience gets to comb through the clues and solve the crime in America’s favorite whodunit comedy!

The Gallery Crawl is a free quarterly showcase of art and entertainment in the heart of the Cultural District. All events take place at a variety of galleries and spaces and are FREE and open to the public. The event is ongoing between 5:30 and 9:00 pm, and patrons may start at any location.
707 & 709 Penn Avenue
The two Galleries at 707 Penn & 709 Penn Avenue are projects of The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, and feature works in multi-disciplines by local and regional artists. Exhibitions are free and open to the public. The administrative offices of the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, Pittsburgh’s arts services organization, are located above the ground-floor gallery at 707 Penn Avenue.
