From a menu that ranges from Lobster Shu Mai and Pad Thai through crunchy lettuce wraps filled with spicy shrimp or braised duck to the Korean-scented Seared Rare Tuna, bold flavors and thrilling textures define Soba. Aromas of Kaffir lime and ginger mingle with roasted meats and seared scallops. The menu is balanced by an adventurous wine list loaded with sakes and Alsatian-style whites as well as an exciting mixture of lighter and bolder red wines.
