The Rink at PPG Place
PPG Plaza in downtown Pittsburgh is home to an outdoor ice skating rink. The Rink at PPG Place, managed by Magic Ice, Inc., has an ice surface of 104' x 104', which is more than 2,000 sq. ft. larger than the rink at Rockefeller Center. During the holiday season, the rink incorporates the plaza's traditional 60-foot tree. It’s open seven days a week, including holidays, through March 11, 2007. Outdoor Ice Skating Rinks at South Park and North Park
Open Mid-November to Mid-March (Weather & Conditions Permitting). Closed on Mondays and Christmas Day. Special hours, Noon to 6pm on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Outback Park at Hidden Valley Resort
Hidden Valley Resort is excited to offer you its new and expanded Outback Park with the biggest snow-tubing playground in Pennsylvania! Hidden Valley’s fleet of specially designed snow tubes will whisk you down a series of carved channels in the snow. Snow-tubers are brought back to the top of the hill by a high-tech surface lift. Hidden Valley Resort has installed snowmaking at the tubing runs and lighting for night runs.

In addition to snow-tubing, the Hidden Valley Outback Park provides snowshoeing, horse drawn sleigh rides, kids’ winter playground, a restaurant and bar, arcade, gift shop, and our cross-country ski center. All rides operate weather conditions permitting. The Outback Park is conveniently located on Rt. 31 near the main entrance to Hidden Valley Resort. AvalancheXpress at Heritage Hills Golf Resort
It’s Fast! It’s Furious! Winter Fun for Everyone! Heading into their 4th season, AvalancheXpress is still Central Pennsylvania’s most thrilling Snow-tubing Terrain Park. With multiple downhill tubing runs, AvalancheXpress is incredibly fun and exciting for children of all ages. No experience is necessary! They’ve taken their snow park to the next level and stepped up the excitement by increasing their slope by 33%.

AvalancheXpress will now have multiple Xtreme snow-tubing lanes and two additional snow-tubing lanes for kids, beginners and toddlers. Heritage Hills Resort is located in York, PA. For more information call (717) 755-0123.

AvalancheXpress at Whispering Pines Golf Course
Northwest Pennsylvania’s newest, longest and steepest Snow-tubing Park, conveniently located just 1.5 miles off Interstate 79 in Meadville, PA. You will ride down the 7-story, 900' hill on one of four tubing runs lighted at night for your enjoyment. The AvalancheXpress Pennsylvania Snow Tubing Resort is incredibly fun and safe for children and adults of all ages. No experience is necessary!

SnoZone Snowboard & Tube Park Blizzards Daily! Check out the South Hills “coolest” slopes! Located on Rt. 88 in Finleyville, PA. The Park is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and weather permitting.
