The homeowners specifically chose this particular piece of property for the incredible view and the amount of privacy it provided. Designed by Scholz Design, the home features handcrafted custom woodwork throughout the home, Red Oak wooden floors, granite and marble by Colucci Marble & Granite Fabrication, Inc. and Kohler products throughout all of the home’s bathrooms, kitchen, butler’s pantry and bar. An experienced builder, Fink was able to incorporate each of these materials into the construction, while still maintaining a feeling of coziness and charm within the home. The all-star team that planned, designed and built this masterpiece did it in a way that is both eloquent and livable at the same time.
