Cocktails at Home:
By Jordan Mantz
People have been drinking tea for almost 5,000 years. There are more than 3,000 teas, which come from the warm weather evergreen plant, called Camellia Sinensis and can be found in more than 30 countries. Tea is second only to water in consumption in America as we drink 2.2 billion gallons of tea per year. Of all the tea consumed in the United States, 80% is served cold. We have taken this old classic and gave it a little “kick!”
