Fall is an excellent time to serve frozen theme cocktails. With the weather transitioning, entertaining is slowly moving inside. Indoor parties make it possible to set up your bar equipped with blenders and ice cream. As with any party, be careful not to offer too many choices if you plan to prepare the drinks yourself. If you hire a bartender for your function, you can offer as many frozen drinks you wish as long as your party area is equipped with a wet bar.

Rocky Road 1-1/4 oz. Dark Crème de Cacao 2 oz. Half & Half 2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream 1/2 scoop Crushed Ice Add all ingredients to the blender and work until smooth	Rainbow Sherbet 1/2 oz. Midori 1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur 1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur 2 oz. Orange Juice 2 dashes Grenadine 2 scoops Orange Sherbet 1/2 scoop Crushed Ice Add everything to a blender and work until smooth. Garnish with a touch of Whipped Cream, an Orange Slice and Cherry.
Ice Cream Sandwich 4 Oreo Cookies 1-1/4 oz. White Crème de Cacao 1 oz. Half & Half 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream 1/2 scoop Crushed Ice Work in a blender until smooth. Garnish with a touch of Whipped Cream and a Cookie.	German Chocolate Cake 1-1/4 oz. Frangelico 1/2 oz. Coco Ribe 1/2 oz. Chocolate Syrup 2 tsp. Chopped Pecans 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream 1/2 scoop Crushed Ice 2 tsp. Coconut Flakes Add all of above in a blender except the Coconut Flakes. Add the Coconut and blend at the very end for only a few seconds. Garnish with Chocolate Whipped Cream and Toasted Coconut.
Strawberry Shortcake 2 oz. Frozen Strawberries 1 oz. Amaretto Dash of Vanilla Extract 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream 1/2 scoop Crushed Ice 1 Sugar Cookie Work all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with Whipped Cream, Cookie and a Fresh Strawberry on the rim.	Peaches and Cream 2 oz. Peach Slices with Syrup 1 oz. Premium Vodka 1 oz. Peach Liqueur 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream 1/2 scoop Crushed Ice Add everything to a blender and work until smooth. Garnish with a touch of Whipped Cream and a Peach Slice.
Tuitti-Fruitti 1/2 Ripe Banana 1 oz. Frozen Strawberries 2-1/2 oz. Pina Colada Mix 1 Tbs. Pecans 1/2 oz. Passion Nector 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream 1/2 scoop Crushed Ice Work all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with a touch of Whipped Cream, a Banana and Peach Slice.	Orange Creamcicle 1/2 oz. Vodka 1/2 oz. Garnd Marnier 1 oz. Triple Sec 1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream 1-1/2 oz. Orange Juice 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream 1 scoop Crushed Ice Splash Galliano Mix with ice in a blender until smooth. Garnish with a touch of Whipped Cream, an Orange Slice and Cherry.
